Ingridients: 1 Sword, 28 Carpets, 20 Temporary blocks, 1 Stack and 32 Solid blocks, 1 Water bucket, 1 Hopper, 1 Chest, 2 Rails, 1 Minecart, 1 Endermite, 1 Name tag, 2 Trapdoors.

Note: Put this farm most perferably near alot of endermans.
Stats (per in-game day): ~ 15 Ender pearls
Build 32 blocks away from the end island to prevent endermen from teleporting away.
2. At the tip of the bridge, build a ring with 2 blocks on the back to not let any enderman go beyond.
3. Add double carpets on top of each block on the ring except of the ones on the middle lane and then in the hole place a trapdoor and open it. The double carpets will make it so that the endermen cannot teleport on top of them.
4. Place a block 5 blocks under the trapdoor and surround with walls. This is where the endermen will fall down
5. On the bottom of the backside of the tunnel break 2 blocks and make a 2x3 platform behind.
6. Add walls and a ceiling to the platform. This is where you will be.
7. Add water behind the block above the entrance and place double carpets on the roof so that you can enter safely and to not let endermen spawn on top.
8. Place 4 blocks in-between the double carpets on top of the farm.
9. Make a 2 block tub on top of the 4 blocks you placed on step 7,
10. Break the block under the tub.
11. Add 2 rails inside the tub and place the minecart on the block thats not under the block between the double carpets.
12. Spam ender pearls on the block that is under the block that is between the double carpets until an endermite spawns, and then name the endermite anything you want with the name tag so that it doesnt despawn.
13. Push the minecart into the endermite so that the endermite enters the minecart.
14. Break the whole tub making the minecart with the endermite fall on the block that is between the double carpets and then break the block under the it so that its 1 floating block. This will lure all endermen within 64 blocks of it and the endermen will fall into the hole.
15. Inside the platform make the block, that's on the bottom of the hole, and the block behind it, 1 block deeper.
16. Place a hopper on the bottom of the hole and connect it to a chest behind it and above the chest, place a trapdoor
17. The enderman will now fall inside the hole, use the swords sweep damage to slime all of the yn's at the same time
